Westward is looking for competitive, coachable people who want to learn sales and be measured by results.
You do not need previous sales experience. You do need to communicate, take coaching, handle rejection, stay disciplined, and compete.
Strong applicants will be invited to a Westward interview. Selected candidates earn a seat in the Academy.
Completing the Academy makes you Deployment Ready. Westward graduation is earned at $1,000,000 in qualifying produced revenue.
