Rep applications: the details you enter on the application — name, contact information, city and state, eligibility and availability answers, your written responses, an optional profile or video link, and your acknowledgments.
Business inquiries: your name, phone, email, and company and industry.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, banking details, health information, or other sensitive personal information on these forms.
How we use it
Application information is used to evaluate you for Westward opportunities and to contact you about next steps. Inquiry information is used to respond to your request. We do not sell this information.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database that is not publicly viewable. Website visitors can submit a form but cannot see anyone's submissions.
